Courses&Study
University General Education (GE) is offered to all undergraduates at CUHK(SZ). All students are required to complete a minimum of 18 units of GE courses. The GE curriculum is composed of two categories of courses—General Education Foundation (GEF) courses and General Education Elective (GEE) courses.
General Education ，CUHK（SZ）
As a cornerstone of the University’s undergraduate education, integrating Chinese humanistic ideals with Western liberal education, General Education imparts knowledge to students in a balanced and multi-faceted way, thus achieving holistic education.
The General Education curriculum provides undergraduates at the University with the concepts and values of multiple academic disciplines. Students will be able to reflect on perennial issues of human concern through classic readings, and improve their ability to express themselves, communicate with others, and think critically.
